However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.That’s why we offer a 90 Days Money Back Guarantee, which is valid from the date you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it within the guarantee period. Simply send us an email at team@tryfeelglow.com to start the return process. 


Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in good condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be made to the original payment method.


This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.


1 Year Warranty


At FeelGlow, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and we believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase.However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, for that we offer you a 1 year warranty (365 days).


Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials used to manufacture our products and any defects in workmanship under normal use. It also covers any broken components that occur under normal use.

Exclusions

This 1 year warranty does not cover the following:


-Damage of a product resulting from negligence, misuse, or improper handling of the product.

-Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.

-Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, or lightning.

-Theft or loss of the product.


Resolution

In the event of any covered defects or broken components under normal use, FeelGlow™ will provide one of the following resolutions:


-Exchange: The defective product will be exchanged with a new FeelGlow™ 5 in 1 Skincare Wand.


-Refund: If a replacement is not available, the purchase price of the product will be refunded to the customer.

Procedure

To claim the warranty, the customer must contact our customer support team at team@tryfeelglow.com within the warranty period and provide details of the issue with your product.


FeelGlow will evaluate the reported issue and determine if it falls within the scope of the warranty coverage. If the issue is covered by the warranty, FeelGlow™ will provide an exchange or refund as per the resolution options mentioned above.

If an exchange is required, the customer may be required to return the defective product. FeelGlow™ will provide instructions on how to return the product, including any applicable shipping arrangements.


Other considerations

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.


This warranty policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations.


The warranty does apply if FeelGlow closes down.
